Weather and Rainouts

The weather and field conditions are checked at about 5:30 pm on game days and the coaches are notified if games are cancelled. If it starts to rain while a game is in progress (more than a sprinkle) or if there is lightning, then we will stop and re-schedule any game that is less than half played.

Participation Trophy

This is a trophy given to players that have actively participated in games and practices. You must participate to get one.

Field Location

The field is shared by the Henry Hudson school #28 (450 Humboldt Street) and the Humbolt Recreation Center (1045 Atlantic Avenue).

The soccer sessions will be held outdoors, behind the school, starting at 6:30 pm.

We have the field reserved for our use, May 6 to July 31, Monday – Thursday from 5:45 pm to 8:45 pm. Map–> MapToSchool-28

‘Best Team Player’ Trophy

Anyone interested in a tournament for ‘BEST TEAM PLAYER’ trophy? Separate awards for LOWER and UPPER players.

Club History

The Rochester Juniors is the longest running soccer club in the city and was started by Tom Gillett, an English teacher at East High and after school sports enthusiast.
